聘请外国籍教师合同范本

一、_______大学兹聘请籍 (外文姓名) (译名)女士(先生)为外国籍教师/外国籍专家。双方本着友好合作精神，自愿签订本合同并保证认真履行合同中约定的各项义务 。

二、合同期自年月 日起至 年月 日止。

三、受聘方的月薪为人民币(大写) 元，其中30%/70%可按月兑换外汇。

薪金自到职之日起至合同期满之日止，按月发给。不足整月的按日计发。日薪为月薪的三十分之一(二月份同)。

四、聘方的义务:

1、向受聘方介绍中国有关法律、法规和聘方有关工作制度以及有关外国专家的管理规定。

2、对受聘方的工作进行指导、检查和评估。

3、向受聘方提供必要的工作和生活条件：一套装配齐全的免费住房：配有卧室、卫生间、厨房、计算机、打印机、电视机、洗衣机、微波炉、电冰箱、VCD播放机、取暖和降温设备等。向受聘方提供互联网联接。

4、配备合作共事人员。

5、按时支付受聘方的报酬 。

6、受聘方享受外国籍教师/外国籍专家待遇的，合同期为一年(一学年)， 聘方为其提供一次离华/一次往返捷径中国民航航班经济仓国际机票和中国境内火车交通费用 ( ——之间)。

7、按中国的医疗制度为受聘方提供公费医疗。但是，挂号、出诊、就医交通、镶牙、洗牙、整容、按摩、配眼镜、住院用餐和服用非医疗性的滋补药品等费用自理。

13.Whenever possible, please endeavor to conserve electricity and water.

14.Rarely the university is subjected to uncontrollable power outages and water shortages.
